family-based green card applications

As a U.S. citizen or Legal Permanent Resident, you’re eligible to petition for certain family members to live, work and thrive in the United States. U.S. citizens can apply for their spouses, parents, children and siblings, while Permanent Residents can file for their spouses and children only. For those that are eligible, Adjustment of Status (AOS) allows for the entire process to be completed while you and your non-citizen family member are in the United States. In contrast, family members already living abroad or for those who do not qualify for AOS, the green card application process must be completed outside the U.S. at the local U.S. Embassy/Consulate (this is known as Consular Processing). No matter how the green card application process looks for you and your family, we’ll be by your side every step of the way.

k-1 fiancé visas

The K-1 Fiancé(e) Visa is resource available to U.S. citizens looking to bring their noncitizen fiancé(e) to the U.S. and get married (which must occur within 90 days of their arrival). As a part of this process, the couple must show that they have met in-person within two-years of filing the K-1 Visa petition, although, there are limited exceptions. If you are recently engaged, we will work with you to secure the K-1 Visa for your fiancé(e) and provide the necessary representation before USCIS and the U.S. Embassy/Consulate abroad.

citizenship & naturalization

Once you’ve been a legal permanent resident for at least 5 years (or 3 years, if married to a U.S. citizen), you are eligible to naturalize and become a United States citizen. Naturalization provides access to all the federal benefits available to U.S. citizens, including the ability to: vote in local, state and federal elections, run for public office, petition for family members, obtain a U.S. passport, apply for federal jobs, student loans, and any local, state and federal grants/benefits. We are excited to work with you on your journey towards citizenship and you can count on us to guide you through the process, from the application to the naturalization interview and through the Oath of Allegiance Ceremony.
